About Priory Enfield

Priory Hospital Enfield is a 53 bed hospital in the Borough of Enfield and is situated with very good transport links. The site provides services in both a forensic setting (male medium secure & low secure) and acute services (mixed sex).

About the Role

We are looking for an organised individual who has a keen eye for detail. As the Quality and Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role alongside the Senior Management Team to support a patient safety culture. You will promote learning throughout the hospital and support with investigations and reviews. You will be responsible for monitoring patient experience across the hospital (including managing compliments and complaints) and supporting changes to practice and policy.

The successful individual will contribute to the clinical audit and policy development and implementation and prepare quality reports when required.

You will be responsible for leading on the hospital's Clinical Governance meeting.

The role also includes working with key stakeholders and regulators, ensuring that everyone is kept up to date with developments across the hospital.
