The Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is Priory’s flagship private healthcare outpatient clinic, conveniently located in the heart of the London's private medical district.  The clinic provides services to patients referred by our corporate and PMI partners, as well as to those funding their own treatment.

We are recruiting for a Practice Manager to join our management team, who will play a leading role in ensuring the success of the service, working closely with our team of highly skilled therapists, psychologists and consultant psychiatrists to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.  Our goal is to offer individually focussed care, in the discrete surrounds of our Harley Street clinic, supporting our patients to live their lives.

The site has a number of consulting and group therapy rooms, where we offer a range of outpatient therapy, treatment and psychiatry services to our clients.  The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Wellbeing Centre, including all administrative functions, line management of the deputy manager, clinical lead and the administrative team, ensuring the delivery of operational clinical services, oversight of the centre’s budget, business performance and growth, and ensuring all health and safety and regulatory standards are delivered in line with appropriate legislation.  They will be skilled in working with external partners and building strong professional relationships.

Alongside the leadership of the Centre, the Practice Manager also acts as the building manager, liaising with our other tenants, the head landlord and Priory’s Estates team.  The Practice Manager will be skilled in working with external partners and building strong professional relationships.

The role will report in to the Operations Director (WBCs) and will work closely with colleagues leading our other wellbeing centres across the UK.  This role is 9-5pm; however, the Wellbeing Centre operates from 8am – 8.30pm so there may be a need for some flexibility in terms of working hours required.

You will need previous experience in a customer facing managerial role in a Healthcare environment where there is a high level of oversight, scrutiny and monitoring of quality and governance standards.
