Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and has 77 beds over eight wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Intensive Care, Huntingdon’s and Dementia.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified DBT Therapist to work with our Inpatients and Outpatients. We are a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team who work with a wide variety of presentations to offer Therapeutic Interventions to support treatment and recovery.

This role is a great opportunity for an accredited BABCP / BACP / UKCP therapist to work with a combination of inpatients and outpatients at the Bristol Priory hospital. You will be part of a supportive team of therapists and psychologists and be able to offer 1:1 therapy and group work.

You will be delivering 1-1 and group therapy to inpatients and outpatients. As part of an MDT you will be working alongside other therapists with a range of modalities, Consultant Psychiatrist, Ward Doctors and Nursing staff. Ideally holding a minimum of 3 years experience working in an out-patient service, you would be able to demonstrate good relationship building both with clients and referrers, have experience in using software systems and be passionate in the therapy you offer.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team of therapists providing a full and robust treatment programme which includes CBT, Arts Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Transactional Analysis. What we’d like to give you:
