Job Advert Role Description

The Elphis is an Addictions secondary treatment unit in Mill Hill.  It is a 16 bedded unit supporting patients who have been in Primary addiction care. We are looking for a Part time Administrator to help our full time administrator with workload.  There is possibility to cover more shifts at the Elphis and other Priory sites for our successful candidate. The Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to help the team deliver our excellent service.

Job Details 

As administrator you will provide robust support to the Manager and other staff members.

Part of your role will include financial auditing of Client funds and petty cash, using in-house systems for which you will receive full training.

Process paperwork for staff recruitment and source and reserve training for staff and management.  With excellent communication skills you will have involvement in Staff Meetings and be the first point of contact for visitors, families and other professionals.  You will also have daily contact with the residents
