Ty Catrin are currently looking for Kitchen Assistants to join the team.

Ty Catrin is a modern mental health treatment unit. The unit includes accommodation for 45 patients and a variety of facilities, such as three secure gardens, a gym, a hydrotherapy pool, patient practice kitchens, patient social area, art rooms and dedicated support service areas. 

The service is currently being developed to provide bespoke treatment packages for a variety of patients with complex mental health needs. The unit will provide a modern, homely environment promoting independence, whilst employing an experienced mutli-disciplinary team to oversee and support patient progress. 

As part of the Support Services team, our Kitchen Assistants deliver a high quality service to our residents through the creation, presentation and delivery of meals. In line with the company’s catering policies and procedures, the successful candidate will support the provision of the catering operation, assisting with basic food preparation and hygiene.

A capable and reliable team player, you will need to be able to successfully manage pressurized situations with exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in catering together with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is ideal, but not essential
