Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley St for outpatient mental health disorders is conveniently situated right in the heart of London offering easy access to all. Our expert team are able to deliver established outpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions and eating disorders. We provide high quality support to adults, young people, older people, offering practical, effective help to all of our service users.


The Priory Outpatient Healthcare clinic in Harley St London are looking for a permanent full-time Receptionist/Administrator to work 37.5 hours per week.  The applicant will be required to work Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work blended shifts of 9-5pm and 12-8pm across the working 5 day week. The clinic opens on Saturdays from 9-3pm and there would be a requirement to be flexible to work Saturdays when required.


The applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment.  The role will require a dedicated, focussed and committed individual who is able to work as a team as well as individually. The role will require the applicant to be able to multi-task between various areas of work on a day to day basis. Management of clinician’s diary via outlook and additional booking systems will be part of the role.  A good telephone manner and customer service experience will be required. The ability to learn and adapt to new systems is a must. Strong understanding of Microsoft word and excel and a knowledge of IT systems would be an advantage. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our existing reception/administrating team.  Full training within our system processes will be provided on a 1 to 1 basis.
