About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager at Grafton House and 51 The Drive Community Houses. The postholder is responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the sites with tasks including but not limited to rota and staffing management, supervision, family and commissioner liasion, audit, oversight of legal frameworks and documentation including care plans and risk assessments, site management including domestic compliance and ensuring that the service meets and exceeds CQC requirements.


About Priory Grafton Manor 

Priory Brain Injury Services (PBIS) provide specialised care pathways within the Priory for people with acquired brain injury (ABI) and PNC. PBIS has been successfully delivering neurobehavioral rehabilitation and making a positive difference to people’s lives since 1985 to people with ABI, whose challenging behaviour prevents attainment of their maximum rehabilitation potential and personal autonomy.

Grafton Houses consists of a three-bed male house and a 3-bed female house. The postholder is responsible for the operational and clinical management of these two settings. Grafton Houses forms part of the Grafton Manor pathway which comprises 25 beds in total. The registered manager is supported by the site Hospital Director and the wider SMT. Residents within the pathway present with challenging behaviour or Neurodisability as a result of an acquired brain injury. The site implements the neurobehavioral approach which is led by the site consultant psychologist.

The Grafton Manor pathway is a friendly, resident focused environment with a caring and supportive team. The resident is at the heart of what we do with evidence-based interventions and positive outcomes.
