About us:

The Manor Clinic is small 13 bedded private specialist inpatient addictions unit with a structured 28 days programme, and shorter periods for medically assisted withdrawals.  The clinic's approach is modelled around the 12 Step programme, providing residents the wider opportunity to engage in this model of abstinance, while being supported on wider behavioural aspects of addiction.

 

The Role: 

As part of the Support Services team, our chefs are managed by our Housekeeping/Catering Manager. Our chefs provide a high quality service to our service users through the creation, presentation and delivery of meals.  The successful candidate will assist with the provision of the catering service.

 

What we'd like from you:

  • Flexibility in role including menu changes and the ability to cope with last minute menu changes and patient meal plans
  • A "can do" positive attitude
  • Basic qualifications in food hygiene
  • Level 2 diploma in catering or previous experience in catering
  • Commitment to delivering a high quality service
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Enthusiam and energy
  • Good degree of empathy and understanding of others
  • The ability to prepare and cook from scratch high quality fresh meals
