Job Advert Role Description

Priory Stockton Hall are recruiting for a HR & Resourcing Administrator to join their team.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, with previous experience as a Recruitment Admin / HR Administrator/Assistant or general administrator ideally within Healthcare sector but not essential.

Stockton Hall Hospital is a medium secure 112 bedded unit spanning over 7 wards, caring for people with mental illness, personality disorders and learning disabilities.

 

The roles is to provide recruitment HR administration to the Hospital in line with Resourcing and HR policies and procedures and ensure consistency of approach across the site. To drive recruitment activity at site and to ensure that colleagues are recruited, o n boarded and paid in a manner that fits with our purpose and behaviours.

 

The main duties of the role are 

  • Work closely with hiring managers and the central talent acquisition team to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site.
  • Ensure that recruitment policy and process is adhered to
  • Manage and maintain Harbour (ATS) and monitor applications, arrange and co-ordinate interviews for all vacant roles within site
  • Working in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure offered candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with candidates throughout Onboarding process ensuring all relevant documentation required (DBS, RTW etc.)is obtained in a timely manner
  • Ensure thorough induction is arranged and completed for all new starters
  • Ensure that DBS renewals are monitored and undertaken during employee life cycle
  • Ensure all perm and bank staff are up to date with mandatory training. Hitting required target for site
  • Support and drive Colleague Engagement surveys at site to increase response rates and employee engagement
  • Work alongside Hospital Director to ensure regular YSF meetings are held and representation is at local and regional meetings
  • Ensure exit interviews are carried out with all leavers from site and highlight any themes or concerns arising from Exit Interviews
  • Ensure absence management policy and procedures are being adhered to at site for both ad hoc, short term and long term absence
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation related to employees is recorded, maintained and store
