Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join our team at Wolverton Court in Dover, Kent. 

Wolverton Court is a 6 bedded residential home that supports adults with autism, learning disabilities and who may present with severely challenging behaviour. We use a person centred approach to meet the needs of the individuals we support, and promote positive life outcomes. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.‚Äč

Dedicated to undertaking the Leadership of supporting people to develop their skills and promote their independence. Your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives, along with supporting them on the pathway to independent living.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
