Deputy Manager

Fernleigh House is a well established, well run residential home offering care and support to 6 residents in total living with Autism. The site is very active regularly taking its service users swimming, trampolining, climbing and for days out/holidays including going to Blackpool beach. Fernleigh was also awarded an all green CQC rating earlier on this year. .

Job Advert Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior support worker to take the next step and become Deputy Manager.

To support the Registered Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong.  The successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of our regulators.
