We are looking for a Practice Manager for our Wellbeing Clinic, Salary up to £40,000


The Harley Street Wellbeing Centre is a Priory Healthcare outpatient service conveniently located in the heart of the London's private medical district, and the clinic boasts 8 consulting rooms and 1 group therapy room offering a range of outpatient therapy and psychiatry services to our clients.


The site sees referrals from our corporate and PMI contracts, self referrals and psychiatrist referrals, which brings an array of presentations and treatment requirements. Our team of therapists, psychologists and consultant psychiatrists allow us to offer a multidisciplinary approach for our clients ensuring a high standard of care. Our goal is to always treat the individual and ensure we support our clients on their personal journey.


Harley Street Wellbeing Centre (WBC) are recruiting for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our management team. The primary function of this role is to responsible for the day-to-day, operational running of the Wellbeing Centre including all administration, operational clinical services and ongoing clinic maintenance and upkeep, in line with legal and national care minimum standards in the legislation for independent healthcare.


This includes, but is not limited to providing line management to all staff connected to the site, including clinical, administrative, management and maintenance teams. You will also contribute to the business development and sustainability of the Wellbeing Centre. This role will report into the Operations and Therapy Service Director, WBC’s.


This role is 9-5pm however, the Wellbeing Centre is open 08.00 to 20.30 hours, and therefore there could be some flexibility in terms of working hours required. 


What you need


To apply you must have excellent computer, inter-personal and problem solving skills; as well as outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. You will need previous experience in a customer facing managerial role in a Healthcare environment where there is a high level of oversight, scrutiny and monitoring of quality and governance standards.


We will offer you a salary of between £36,000 and £40,000 depending on experience along with many progression opportunities across The Priory Network.
