About The Manor Clinic

The Manor Clinic is a small 13 bedded private specialist inpatient addictions unit with a structured 28 days programme, and shorter periods for medically assisted withdrawals.  The clinic's approach is modelled around the 12 Step programme, providing residents the wider opportunity to engage in this model of abstinance, while being supported on wider behavioural aspects of addiction.

About the Role

An insight/appreciation/understanding of addictions is desirable.

The ability to work flexibly and have good interpersonal & communication skills are key as you will be dealing with patients, relatives and a range of healthcare professionals at all levels in person, over the telephone and email.  A proactive and problem solving approach is also required.
Maintaining clear and accurate records by recording patient conditions i.e. taking physical observations, blood pressure, temperature, breathalysing and urine/drug screening and adhering to patient confidentiality at all times.
