Location of the role:

Remote with travel. The role will cover the UK with the expectation to travel therefore frequent business travel will be required - you must have a car and Driving Licence and be prepared for overnight stays

About the Role:

  • There are two roles avaliable - fixed term contracts, duration 12 months
  • To support the project office and external contractor to embed the new rostering platform across the business and ensure colleagues are trained to the expectations for their job role
  • To support with the creation of rostering policies, SOPs, and training and coaching materials
  • To ensure training phase of the rostering project is delivered efficiently and effectively

What we would like from the applicant:

Essential

  • Ability to master new IT systems and use knowledge to teach others
  • Ability to understand and effectively disseminate policy and SOP information
  • Patience, perseverance, and tolerance for trainees
  • Understanding of how system configuration works for optimised operational success
  • Experience of teaching, training, or coaching others
  • Knowledge of, and use of, diverse IT systems 

Desirable

  • Understanding of Healthcare and/or Adult Care systems, processes, and policies
  • Working knowledge of RL Datix/Allocate HealthRoster, BankStaff, Loop app, and SafeCare 
  • Health Care and/or Adult Care operational knowledge (desirable)
