We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team at Ogilvie Court in Earls Colne, Cholchester.

Job Advert Role Description

Ogilvie Court is located in Earls Colne, near Colchester. It offers residential support for 25 males and females with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, and other associated needs. We are in a rural location, surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

Ogilvie Court provides support to our residents who have learning disabilities, autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and some behaviours that challenge in a home from home environment.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success. 

The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.
